Veterans Home Building 22

Building 22 is a new five story 141,800 sq-ft  residential facility at the Minnesota Veterans Home – Minneapolis.  This building adds a new skilled nursing facility, related support areas, connects to existing buildings, and adds 100 private residence rooms.

Provided the 3D Modeling, shop drawings, and sleeve layout for the mechanical piping, gas, domestic water, sanitary waste, and sanitary vent.  Prefabrication spooling drawings for 4” and larger mechanical piping was provided as well.  Tribrach Solutions generated the survey coordinates for a total 44,030 plumbing sleeves and plumbing sleeve hanger inserts.
